2. Ready Stock
Ready stock items are products that are available and in stock at the time of ordering
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, and/or are currently sold-out from our online shop, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available. Delivery for Pre-order items will take at least 4 weeks and up to 6 weeks excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. When will my order be shipped
Orders are processed within 3 working days for ready stock items. For orders placed on weekends and Public Holiday, they will be processed on the next working day. Do expect some delays in fulfillment of orders and delivery during Public Holidays and Seasonal Sales. We shall aim to have your orders shipped out as soon as possible.

7. How do I care for my bag?
Because of it’s synthetic finish, it is quite easy to care for a Saffiano leather type of bag. The material is durable, water-repellent (not water-proof) and quite sturdy, which keeps your bag in shape. Use leather cleaning product, gently rub in circular move. Allow to completely dry in shades and airy space.
